The site layout is modeled after the RMarkdown tutorial site. RMarkdown package is used to create our custom template and also to customize our HTML output.

Special thanks John Blischak at the University of Chicago for sharing his workflow template. Our workflow was inspired by his site that documents the steps for preprocessing and statistical analysis in a project that investigates experimental artifacts in single-cell RNA-seq data.
